If goods are damaged in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photographic evidence where possible. Right to cancel: you may cancel your order within 14 calendar days of the day after you receive the goods ('the cancellation period'), without giving any reason. Returning goods: you must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation. Goods must be returned in their original, unused, and undamaged condition with all original packaging intact. You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the goods are faulty or not as described. Refunds: we will issue a full refund of the product price (and standard delivery costs, where applicable) within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return, whichever is earlier. Refunds will be made using the original payment method. Exceptions to the right to cancel: the right to cancel does not apply to: — Bespoke or custom-assembled kits made to your specific requirements. — Goods that have been opened and used where this would affect hygiene or safety (e.g. opened sterile dressings or consumables). — Goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery. Please contact us at [email protected]. Business customers: the statutory cancellation rights above apply to consumer purchases only. 14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident. Nothing in these terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such mandatory local provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
15. Alternative dispute resolution
If you are a consumer and we are unable to resolve a complaint to your satisfaction, you may be entitled to refer the matter to an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. We are not currently obliged to use a specific ADR scheme, but we are willing to consider ADR as a means of resolving disputes. A list of approved ADR providers is available from the Chartered Trading Standards Institute at ctsi.org.uk. You also have the right to use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr, although as a UK business we are not required to participate in ODR following the UK's departure from the EU. None of the above affects your right to bring proceedings in a court of competent jurisdiction.

We will endeavour to notify you of any material changes where we hold your contact details.
